I am heading to the office.  Once I am sure everything will be done on time, I am out of there.  It is a 2 1/2 hour drive to San Diego for me.  Picking up "one of us" on the the way.  A friend I haven't met yet!!  That is how I feel about eveyrone here.  See you all later!!!!

I have a question though (details, details!!)  I thought I heard about a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.....But, I forgot to ask How Do I Do That??!! LOL  Where do I find it? (gee, I feel so stupid :(  )   I'm coming in tomorrow morning! :)

Lifeis Good.  Don't feel intimidated.  I only know one person that is going.  I am looking forward to meeting everyone on here and making a bunch of new friends that "get it"!!!  Hope we meet up while we are there!

I am so excited!  Can't wait to finally meet everyone.  I am leaving at 5:00 tomorrow morning to get to the airport...not looking forward to that but I am so looking forward to the weekend.

If anyone needs food suggestions let me know...I live here!!

Here are a few; Oggi's and Pizza Nova are both great, very close pizza places. Island Prime/C Level is a gorgeous place for drinks and/or dinner (I'm friends with management too). Miguel's is a great Mexican place (in Point Loma and Old Town neighborhoods). In Hillcrest neighborhood: The Range Kitchen and Cocktails is open late serving organic free range chicken and grass fed beef.  Burger Lounge in LaJolla, Downtown, Kensington, and Hillcrest serves a mean veggie burger (great hamburgers too). Alright, I'm getting hungry now...

I am so ready to be at Camp Widow.  Between work changes, thoughts of retirement & moving, and just missing Jack, I need the break!!!  I probably should think about packing soon!!!  HMMMM!  Seems like the obvious escapes me!

Gonna miss you all at Camp Widow!  Its official I am not going to make it!  I hope you all have a wonderful time.  I would have loved to be there, but I just could not coordinate the time off or the finances to do it!  May you all have a wonderful time.  I hope this weekend brings hope and encouragement to many as you walk this difficult journey.  I hope we all can find healing and life again one day and use that healing to encourage others along the way...
