Married at 18, he was 28 - we had 41 lovely years together. Cancer (multiple myeloma) and kidney failure took him from me 7 years ago.

Dianne in Nevada, such a young married couple. I am so sorry.

Met in 1996, married 2003.  This was taken in 2002, when we both had brown hair!  Lost him to acute myeloid leukemia 11/15/2016.

Lovely photo, Athena. My photo was much older. We married in 1969 and I'm guessing my photo was in 1971.

I'm sorry you have a reason to be here, but grateful you found us.

Athena56, great photo. Oh the "we both had brown hair." I am so sorry.

Susan and I were married 27 OCT 1977. She passed in her sleep on 17 Dec 2012 from a silent heart attack.

Frank, a wonderful photo. I am so sorry.

This is a beautiful photo of you and your Susan, Frank.

Marty and I met in 1968 - he was USAF and I was a local college student. This photo is at our rehearsal dinner, June 27, 1970. We were both 21 years old when we married.

We were married for 47 years and knew each other 49 years. He was a huge influence on my life (he said the same about me in his last love letter to me), and so full of passion for everything.

This is one of my favorite pictures of the two us, June 2016, mainly because my son took it. My husband's prompted him to do a photo shoot and I am grateful I have tens of thousands of photos of our life - I know that because HE scanned and uploaded everything.

He died in the hospital, Aug 28 2017, 3 days after his 68th birthday, of complications from ARDS - acute respiratory distress syndrome.

I love your photos, InsideLove. I regret that I have so very few of us as a couple.

We met in 1978, married in 1981, Frank passed in 2015 from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.

vintage56(barb) I am so sorry. Lovely picture.
