Several us were in the chat room the other night and one of the newer WV members said it would be nice to have more hosted chats.  We all agreed it was an excellent idea.  What are some ideas and thoughts on what things we could have chat events about.

One member said 'year #2 - Lonliness setting in - Hard - and the idea of will it always be this was?  Ideas to bring the positive side back.';  ways of dealing with the everyday stress in our life; maybe one on getting through the gloomy days of winter; or getting the support you need when there are no support groups near you.

I have a problem with dealing with celebrations, firsts.  Also, how to deal with friends that are now all couples.

Michr60, http://widowedvillage.org/forum/topics/surviving-the-holidays-ideas... the link is regarding holidays that was posted in some time back.  I will forward on to Dianne suggesting maybe doing the celebrations/holidays this month and one next month.  It seems that trying to deal with friends that are now couples is a common topic here in WV.  I'll ask Dianne if it's possible to have a chat or two regarding that.

I'll let you know what I find out.  The hosted chats are posted in the event section.
