I signed up for Netflix and loved the movie. And it's been nice to be able to open up my laptop when I wake in the middle of the night and watch some Grace & Frankie episodes. A nice escape from the heartache of the aftermath of the mass shooting in my city.

Being a massive Steven King fan, and having read the book years ago, it was Geralds Game on Netflix for me, I absolutely loved it. I would bawl my eyes out if I watched the film you mention, so I've wussed out of watching it, for now.

Watched it last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. It felt very close to what my guy and I have experienced these past couple years. Intimate relationships (with or without sex) for "old folks" is awkward. And, in our case, well worth the effort.

Thanks for sharing that info about the movie, Laurajay. I just watched the trailer & it looks wonderful. Now I guess I'm finally going to have to sign up for Netflix.

Fifty  years  after they first  starred together in a movie,  Jane  Fonda ,79  and   Robert  Redford, 81  star in a new  movie   entitled ~ Our Souls  At Night~.   They portray  a widow and a widower  who have  both been  alone  for a long time.   It's  a beautiful  film and a joy  to watch  award  winners  re-unite  after so many years.  Find  it on Netflix or  in a theater near you  where it may be playing.  If you have  enjoyed  them  way back when....this movie will have you enjoying  them one more  time.   Seniors  will find  much to identify with  in the story.

Don,  If "Google" message asked you to follow a link and change your email and password, it was a phishing scam to steal you password and access your computer.  If you followed that link and did change your password, it is very likely that your computer has been hacked.  Any email you send and someone responds will also be affected.  Best remedy is to take your computer to a reputable place like Best Buy and have them check it and clean it if need be.

There are a lot of very slick operators out there.  Any reputable company will not ask you for your password - ever.  Be very aware when responding to anything that just doesn't seem right.

Google will let you know when there are updates, but they will not ask you to change your password. If someone does that, RUN away! Ditto with all the "wonderful" messages about found money. There are bad guys out there and we need to be vigilant on our computers and our phones. I surely do not know how (and probably do not want to know) they are skilled at finding us, who are older, less computer literate, more easily confused, and distracted by our being alone. Have you heard about the recent hack on credit bureaus? There are many scams currently about how to protect our personal data. Be very, very careful about giving out any personal information, including how people can contact you. End of "sermon"!!! Peace.

My computer is really screwed up by some outfit claiming to be  google.   Today They are trying to jam their own email system down my computer throat. and force me to use a new email address.   I don't want  to change my email address which is     [email protected]

Sometimes I have an awful time just sending an email.   It is a "pain" in the goozeetska.
