Comment by alwayshopeful (Jocelyn) on May 4, 2013 at 8:45pm Susan. Unfortunately, I know more about brain tumors than I ever wanted to. Honestly, I never heard of a surgeon missing it. My husband's brain was mapped before his surgery. Believe me, there are a bunch of us here who are familiar with brain tumors. We are thinking of you and sending positive thoughts to your family and the new medical team. Please take care of yourself. I can't imagine how horrible this is for you. Let your friends and family help. Don't overdo it.

Comment by Suz on May 4, 2013 at 8:26pm Oh, Susan. I am so sorry to hear this. It is just a travesty. Such heartbreak for your family. I hope you will be able to find another surgeon who knows what he is doing and I will keep you all in my prayers!
Big hugs,
Suz
Comment by alwayshopeful (Jocelyn) on May 4, 2013 at 8:21pm Susan. I am deeply sorry to hear this. It's unthinkable what your family has to go thru. My husband had a 99% resection of a glioblastoma at a Philadelphia, PA hospital. If that is somewhere near you, please message me and I will tell you who his neursurgeon was. Prayers coming your way.
