Glad to know you made it through OK (((Amy ))). I've come to realize that, for whatever reason, dates don't cause meltdowns for me, but seasons can trigger a very disoriented feeling. I can be "off" for weeks. So take care of yourself, get rest, eat for your health, and stay hydrated. Keep visiting us here, we'd love to hear from you.
