Signs and sightings

When Barry slipped into a coma, he began turning on the lights in his office. As he slipped away, he pulled up the countdown timer on the phones of 2 friends and up popped the words "time's up."He continued to turn on the lights in his office, make appearances to friends...but I haven't heard his voice, seen a sign, or felt his presence yet. Even when he turned on lights, I knew it was him. But I didn't feel him.Anyone else looking, seeing, wondering?See More

From diagnosis to passing in a month

In February, my husband began feeling weakness on his right side. When he finally got the right doctor's appointment at the end of March/beginning of April, it was a whirlwind. He had a biopsy, met with the oncology team, and was getting ready for treatment. We were encouraged. He suffered a brain bleed, common with brain tumors I was told, slipped into a coma and died a week later. Just a few days ago.It is still raw, painful, unbelievable. And it sucks. A lot. Like a whole lot! But you all…See More
