New Years Day 2013
Today is New Years Day 2013;it is one of the rare days during the Oregon winter that is very sunny and very cold. I started out on my neighborhood walking path as I take every opportunity to get sun on my retinas this time of year. I was happy. About a mile in I slipped on some very thin ice that I didn't see. My losses are many in short times, a 19 yr old son, a wife of 21-1/2 yrs, a Dad and BF wife all in span of less than 7 months, new and very deep but I have found an amazing place of comfort and healing, this place has been a big part of it. The rest of my "healing" is for private conversations. Just wanted to say Hi and welcome to the club no one wanted to belong to.
