Hello! Thank you for your friend request, I really appreciate it. I've read some of your comments and think we have many things in common. When my then 15-year-old daughter and I said goodbye to him that morning, it seemed just like a normal day. A few hours I was called by neighbors telling me he had been rushed to the hospital. By the time I got there, he was already gone. The doctor told me to go say 'good-bye' and every time I close my eyes I still see him laying there. I also understand how you can feel like you are getting stronger one day and then spend the next day in bed! I will be thinking of you in the coming weeks. Leslie Dianne in Little Rock

Hi JohnsWife, Thanks for the request, "almost-neighbor" are you doing?  I am just past 2 years and so much has changed since that awful day.  I am trying so hard to regain some normality in this strange new life.

Hi JohnsWife,

Nice to hear from you!  I really enjoy the weather in Albuquerque.  It's not oppressively hot like Phoenix.  We have 4 seasons here and the low humidity is wonderful, not to mention the abundant sunshine.

I hope you are doing well.  Feel free to write any time.
