Hi Life3407,
I am so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you!
My sweetie passed on October 16, 2012 after battling ovarian cancer for 8 yrs. It almost seems surreal that she is gone. We were high school sweethearts so I am trying to deal with this emptiness that I couldn't even imagine. I'm even tearing up while typing this but it needs to come out.
I find this site comforting and helpful overall. We all have common thoughts and feelings that we experience on our journey. I find that essentially, what I'm going through, is normal.
Please feel free to message me if you would like. I'm a good listener.
I wish you the best!
Bruce

I'm truly sorry for your loss! I see we share similarities in the nature of our husband's death. It's a rough road as you know! I believe surrounding ourselves with others who understand is key. Keep reading, posting and pm me anytime. We will heal! Hugs Jennifer

Welcome Life3407: I'm sorry for your loss but I'm glad you found your way to this site. I hope you will find the same comfort and understanding here at Widowed Village that I have. In the beginning I just read the blogs and posts and lurked in chat. Post and join us in chat when you feel comfortable. It is nice to be among people who "Get It".
