When you are feeling like your heart is breaking and you long for the love of your life, your family and friends just don't understand, come on here and express your feelings, we will understand because our hearts are breaking also and we are here to support you.
You stated getting older alone is a pain! I totally understand, I am 68 and my Madeline died May 16 after 43 years of marriage.
When you are on this site and hear the funny beep noises, that means there are people in live chat. Go over and see what they are talking about. You will find a lot more activity in the evening. Evenings are hard for a lot of us, sitting in the house alone and mourning our loss. Many of us go to chat for company. Most of the time the mood on chat is joking and light but if someone comes on who is really having a bad time, we all get serious and support the person. Come on over and just lurk for a while. When you are ready jump in and introduce yourself.
