I think that is very normal to have good and bad days,so do NOT feel bad about that.  Be thankful for your dream, I have not had ONE about my husband since he passed, well not one that I can remember, so be thankful for you dream and keep your smile on :)  Have you tried grief counseling? Or is there any counseling with your church or grief groups?   I am trying to get as much support for myself that I can, which is how I found this site, just joined within the last few days, been trying to be social, went to 2 chruch christmas programs with friends, spending Christmas Eve with a friend and his family, they have been supportive not asking a bunch of questions but always keeping me in the know as far as things that are going on if I would like to go.  My family lives 1000 miles away so thats why I am trying to seek whatever outside of family that I can.  I am not scared to say no to any invitation, but I am willing to go out of my confort zone too, I just dont want to get TOO busy but I dont want to sit at home and just miss Rusty and cry either.  I dont think there is a right or wrong way, its hard to find what is best for you though.

Thank you for your number I appreciate it. mine is 704-454-8772 I live on the eastern time zone.

My husband passed in August of this year, its heartbreaking to lose him, but I wouldnt want him back in the condition he was in, nor would he want to be.  Luckily we had many conversations about what we wanted if one of us was to become sick, and that sure made things SOOO much easier for me when the time came.  I miss him every day, but I also know I am still here and every morning I have a choice to put my best foot forward, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt but I certainly make the effort.
I started counseling and meet with a group for dinner once a month that have also lost a spouse, (this group is through hospice) they have been amazing.   Recently signed up on 'meet up' which there are some widow/grief groups that I might look to be a part of in the future.

I hope your faith helps you through this, I talk to my husband daily, I can feel his presents when I walk into the house after a tough day, its very conforting to me.  But my faith has helped me so much on this journey I am on without my love.
