I have moved from a space of feeling stuck and hopeless into a space of possibility. I am beginning to see the possibilities in my life. I am beginning to want what is possible and am feeling more ready to begin to build what is possible. I started my podcast on grief (Tendrils of Grief) to honor my husband and channel my grief in a more positive way and that seemed…See More

I love podcasts and enjoy listening to anything positive and uplifting. While I was grieving I couldn’t find any meaningful podcast on grief. I was looking for something real and relevant that would provide me with practical advice on how to get through the fog of my grief. I decided as part of my healing and grief journey to start my own podcast. Please know that you are heard and understood. All I want to do is talk about what happened too! Today, 10 weeks after Chuck died, I found myself reading medical articles about his cancer, as if I hadn't already read and heard it all. It's just............so bad. I can't believe the dimensions of the hole his loss has left in my life. I am so sympathetic to how you feel!
