What a beautiful story. She was very lucky to have found you, and you in turn were so lucky to have found her. Who did the cooking in your house? What was her favorite foods? Maybe you can keep her memory alive by cooking those things she liked, if you like them too. Why not start a ournal to her, as I did? When I am writing, I forget for a moment that my husband is gone, and my mind thinks he is just "away" and I write to him that way and sometimes (not always, but sometimes) it helps.
