Hi Kemunto.  How are you?

.  I have not seen you in the chat rooms for a while.

I have moved again.  This flat is so much smaller but it is ideal for me.  I love it.

You have several photograph of food on your profile page . It looks delicious.  And the sweets did you make those too?

How are your children?

I hope to hear from you soon

Take care.

With love and hugs

Hi Kemunto.

I apologise for not giving you more details.  The song was made famous by Frank Sinatra.  It was sung to the armed forces during the first or second world wars.  I don't know who wrote it.

The only person who thought I could sing was my beloved Tony.  Lol.

Yes I would like to meet you too.  So if you do come to Cape Town then let me know.  The only other African country o have been to is Zimbabwe.  I was there thrice.

Perhaps one day sooner than later I will visit Kenya.

Thank you for connecting with me.

I am smiling as I write because Africa is a continent not a country.  So diverse.  So beautiful.

May you have peacefulness.

Good morning Kem. Thinking about you this morning - you've just been on my mind a lot these days! I hope everything is going okay with your boys and that things got straightened out with your older boy's school. Any progress on the land from your dad?

Get in touch when you can. Miss you! Julie

Hi Kem! First - I miss you! I'm getting in touch because there is a new member on WV named Jane. She is in Nairobi. I told her about you and   said it would be okay if she sent you a message. I hope you hear from her! She has had a hard time - husband died 2 years ago leaving her with two young daughters.

I'm talking with her in the chat room now - please let me know if you hear from her. I told her you are wonderful!   Julie

Hi Kemunto, I had fallen asleep with my little Clara when she was taking her nap earlier, so didn't see that you were on-line. I want to hear about your dream! I'll be in and out today - Clara's mom, my daughter Lara, will be back later today so I'll be busy with her, but I'll come back as soon as I can and try to reconnect with you. I think dreams can be very telling and can sometimes lead us to places we hadn't been aware of in our minds and hearts. Looking forward to talking with you dear sister.

I am glad  we have found each other . I was excited to learn that we come from the same country Kenya. I am working in Embu town and I occasionally come to Nairobi. We will  be sharing more and encourage one another. This journey of widowhood is  not easy and we need one another. It is  good you also found this site.
