dobster, I'm sorry for your loss and for the newness of the whole thing. It's certainly a painful journey and I hope you get support and understanding from this site and these wonderful people, all of who understand exactly what you are going through.

Dobster, I'm so very sorry for your loss, but so glad you found us. I wish I had a quick solution to ease your pain, unfortunately there isn't one. Be gentle with yourself, do things in your own time, cry as much as you need to. Remember to breathe. Try to eat a little, even if you're not hungry. Try to get some sleep. And come here often. We're all here for you and with you.
