Good morning on this crisp golden-leaves-turning California Monday. In reading others blogs I am moved by your expressions of your own personal experiences of deepest loss.
My first blog and first writing.... So many new beginnings now...How does one really define all the pivotal…

Every day is a step in the right direction. Today....was a most significant day. I have not been this DOWN since Christmas of 2007! I'd like to compare it to " postpartum blues". I think by releasing this book unto the publisher, I have completed a big step, but...Now What? Some of this process is not totally the book, but I finally had a great counseling session with my 37 year old daughter on Saturday. The counselor said stuff would come up, and he's not kidding!"
I woke up this a.m. at 5:15 feeling off and crying. I tried meditation, that didn't work...true true sadness. I finally got up and did some detail on the book for the publisher - a good distraction - but then more crying.
I tried some retail therapy at Costco - not helpful, too many people there -- but I did eat up all the samples! :-)
Just got back from a good workout at the gym and I do feel better. I have this need to blog. So you might see a little bit more of this in my blog. I think I'll trip over to yours. Again, welcome! Everything is happening exactly the way it should.

Widow Village has a great group of people that truly understand. Join in a group, forum, write a blog or come to chat you will find comfort in sharing, I know I have.
