Sweetsea~

Thank you so much for reaching out to me. You are the first person I have talked to that lost their spouse to AML also. It was very aggressive, yet we still held out hope that he could beat it. He was so strong and never gave up. Jeff had just turned 48 when he died. It's been 7 months, and I am still riding the roller coaster of grief. I want off!

I am glad your son has brought you soo much joy  and healing. My kids (11 and 8) are all I get up for most days. A friend introduced me to hot yoga, and I liked it, but have yet to set up a regular sitter so that I can go each week. I live in Ohio, and am just waiting for the weather to get better so I can enjoy walks with my dog (she is waiting as well).

Be well, Lisa
