You get the picture...I don't claim to be a cook nor have I ever claimed to be a cook!  So now the cooking has been left up to me since Dave died!!  He was the sole cook in the house our entire marriage (15+ years)  I never had to do any of it, well maybe once in a blue moon,  but there was always supervision (lol) !!!  I tried when we were first married, but he said "don't do this, don't do that" so I gave up and said the job is all yours!  He loved it and he made such a good variety of…

Here's one of my favorite easy recipes -- requested by our friend @Naz for her Cooking Club:



Curried lamb, a complete meal

(Good for one adult and a few kids. So far, all kids tested LOVE it. Might depend on not putting in tons of curry?)



-- About 1 lb of ground lamb

-- curry powder

-- cooking oil any kind

-- salt, pepper

At least 1000 pots after Gavin's death, I widowed the fucking coffee again today.
