I have owned a home improvement business for 3 decades now. I suffered a flood that took everything and then after this the loss of my 19 yr old son, my wife of 22 years, and my father, all in a 4 month period at the beginning the day after Thanksgiving 2011. I was deep in debt from carrying my people, and a bad economy. I have made deals with all my vendors to stay open and they all have been so understanding. I am glad I always lived, and ran my business with integrity. Well I have been praying continuously for God to Bless my company with enough work to survive and get out of debt.
Well ya know how Satan works, he just added to the debt for a while. I continued to just stay the course and pray without ceasing. Well I really felt like it was not going to happen and I may one day lose all I had built, this scares me because my son Dillon is not on his own yet. I woke up feeling so anxious as sales are down and money is always tight. Well after a meeting with my awesome Quantum2 window sales rep, I wanted to call the owner (we have known each other for 14 years and met only 4 times) He asked how I was doing and I was honest that without The Lord and my faith I really do not know how I could have made it this far. Well we spoke and spoke and he reminded me of how I helped them get bought up when they filed bankruptcy when the bank pulled there line of credit. This was several years ago. He proceeded to ask me if my former manager Michael was still with me, when I answered no he then told me many things. He told me how he was nasty and rude because he thought they where closing again and that he refused to pay them a nickel because of the problems. He also told me that now this man is in business somewhere else and is trying to buy my window from them. I was not to shocked but I was when he spoke his next words. He said that I have ALWAYS been honorable, and when debt came I always communicated and lived up to my word. He noted that since I took back over the debt dropped from $26,000 to $18,000 and he said that tomorrow he would be calling to let me know that they are forgiving the debt! They are in financial dire straights as well but will do this for me, WOW God is good. and today they will let me know for sure that they are forgiving me of $18,000 in debt
It gets better also:

My landlord in my building where my company is saw and engaged me in a conversation.
He asked how i was doing and I explained ok, but dating is very stressful as well as a bad business he asked why? Did you and your wife split after the loss of your son . ? I had to explain about wife and dad dying as well he then asked if he could do anything to help, I then said unless he could lower my rent for a while, no but it was nice that he asked.
He then asked if $1,000.00 a month off the rent for a year would help? :'(:'( < I looked at him with tears in my eyes and said are you serious? He said only one condition! Of course I said sure anything.
He proceeded to tell me that if he could just pray for me.... He was a follower of Christ and we prayed, I am just amazed by the kindness the world showed me yesterday...He then prayed and what a prayer it was, he finished and asked where I attended Church? I told him Liquid and he smiled wide and said what a great Church. He then told me of his daughter who attended Liquid was a member from years ago (not that long) but she met her husband on a skiing trip with Liquid I believe and said they are married and have 4 children now. (God is unreal GodInstance)
God bless his soul.
I do not beg or ask for help, I just want God to allow me to work my way out of this debt, I could file for Bankruptcy protection, but I want to live and pay my debts. I will never forget seeing a man Nick Vujicic, a 23 yr old man with amazing faith and no arms or legs. He spoke at my prior Church in Netcong, my late son came as a rare occasion he was 17 then, he actually accepted Christ while watching him at my prior church. Nick said "I pray every night for new arms and legs, and when I wake up and they are not there do you think I stop praying? No he said After all what is it to spend 80 or 90 years without legs as compared to a lifetime with the Lord". So I pray continuously and if no answer I continue, today I was Blessed with an answer.

God is truly AMAZING

Arnie, this is a great story of faith. I needed that this morning. I know I worry over finances, and stuff, but then God moves in ways I couldnt of planned if I wanted too.  This give me more courage and motivation to get my prayer life back up..I been slacking in that.
