A beautiful video about the power of being able to grieve with others.

looked at 2 Glennon (Momastery videos) The second one was a forum where she wa talking in a church.She was asked to describe her work and how the Momastery group operated. Honestly, I think she must have been talking to Michelle Hernandez. It functioned like WV where people expressed their real selves, helped one another, spent time in the night posting and blogging etc. Her whole comments were about people being able to tell their story, be their real selves, and how it was helping women.
Thanks, Laura Jay. I will look for his work.
In that video the name of the author Richard Rohr is mentioned. His writing (books) are so worthwhile for anyone seeking understanding, growth, healing or is just looking for a new way to think about things in life. I highly recommend any of them especially Everything Belongs and Immortal Diamond. Thank you Missing RKK. You would enjoy reading Rohr! lj
I also like the part when she talks about how being shattered shows you the parts of yourself that are indestructible.
Hugs to all, Carrie
The woman who did the video has a wonderful blog. Her main message is about showing up, broken, messed up bits and all, and and erring on the side of acceptance/ non-judgement-- and always love. www.momastery.com
Awesome lil video...Educate before not after....Thanks for sharing....
Thank you for sharing this! I loved it when she said all we need to be is present for someone who is grieving! So true. Grief is a subject no one wants to talk about and it's time we educate people on this subject. It happens to all of us as we have all found out.
Good one! Thanks so much for posting this! But the link is currently down, so I googled it on youtube.
here's the other link in case the momastery one is down;
