Seven Choices by Elizabeth Harper Neeld is an excellent text on loss and grieving. For me it touched on some key points and areas I was struggling with.

Thanks for the recommendation. Really good book. I really liked all of carol staudachers books as well.

I think this book is part of the process/journey. For me and in my experiences it allowed me to see and find language and feelings that were there that I couldn't put into words. For me since Donna's death it has been about feeling each emotion and pain to live it. It is only one piece to the puzzle we are given as survivors.

So I just bought this book for my kindle I will let you know what I think about it in a couple days. Thanks any thing that will help me get through this stupid journey is welcome
