Robbie has a Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO).  A hole between the 2 upper chambers of the heart.  Doctor says its about 4 mm in size.  Its to large to ignore but to small to do anything about right now.  He did sign off on letting Robbie play lacrosse, but he has to listen to his body and if he has any more chest pains, shortness of breathe or dizziness he's supposed to stop right away and let me know so I can make him an immediate appointment so we can find out if there is anything else going on.

I know there are far worse things and we are lucky that its just this, but I was hoping and praying the doctor was going to tell us nothing was going on and that I was overly paranoid because of Patrick.
