@Dee, yes camp widow is amazing.  I went to San Diego.  It was emotionally draining but so therapeutic.

This is so true. My husband passed away in July  and it's still so raw. I decided to go to Camp Widow in Toronto and I've met so many people that really understand.  It's been an intense, yet very comforting weekend.

This is so completely true. Sometimes it feels as if you just lost them the pain is so bad.....

yep. this is a pretty well written explanation of dealing with this loss. Everyday, there is something, that makes you go thought it all over again. exactly.
