Widowsill - Series for May on Motherhood

Hi, everyone ~

If you are so moved, please enjoy my new blog venture. It's about life through the lens of widowhood from my perspective. This month I am focusing on Motherhood. I would love your feedback if you are inclined to share it. Thanks!

What a wonderful blog!  I believe that open adoption is the best solution when a woman is faced with an unplanned pregnancy.  Not everyone can handle it, but when it works it's beautiful.

My son is 32, married with 2 daughters- a 3-year old and a 6-month old.  They were just here last weekend (they live 3 hours away).  My heart is full.  I can't imagine what life would have been like after losing my husband last November if they weren't in my life.  Grandmothers can be such a wonderful influence, and I want to be there for them.
