It is hard to hear what the truth is, as it is hard to hear this feeling is going to move in for a while. My friends? There are so few to draw comfort from. My 17 yr old doesnt tell me how he feels it is just such a lonely feeling

Yes i am trying today was another rough one, my wifes twin came over last night to bring me Judy's ashes and it hit me last night but today it ambushed me on the job with my son Dillon.  He caught me crying and came to me to hug me. I am learning this site so it may take a while at first for me to respond.

Thanks for your support.  I don't know if its getting better day by day yet.  I am just accepting how I feel while tring to do what I need to do.  I do hope the dark cloud starts letting in a little light.  It has in brief moments.  I still just miss him so much.

kenslove, thank you, i had become worried that something was wrong, or that i might never have a dream about my wife.  finally i did, and was relieved; was more reliveved that it was a good dream and not the nightmare i had been fearing.  sorry for your loss, i'm sure your husband is a very special person and i'm praying for you to have your good dream also.

Im taking one day at a time also.  Valentines Day was rough for me, I have never felt so lonely and couldnt do anything but cry.  Thursday was my birthday and my Godmother treated me to a Singles Retreat that weekend.  I couldnt even relate because I still felt married.  A woman that shared the hotel room with me lost her husband 2 years ago and she was able to minister to me.  I felt a lot better after that.

Thank-you for your comment on my page. You're right..it's hard enough losing the love of your life..but then to have to fight for justice just opens all the wounds over again. I'll fight as long as I have to though. My husband deserves that much.
