Hey! I know I've definitely been MIA. For the most part I've been doing pretty well. Hospital rotations have me really busy, but busy is good, and learning tons & loving it. Of course I have a few rough days when I feel like grief just hits me like a ton of bricks, but I think that's to be expected.. How are you??

Hi tim and thank you for your message I am really sorry for the loss of your wife in a similar way to mine, your pics are beautiful and very emotive to me as my wife very rarely wore a wig too as true beauty always shines through which can clearly be seen in your wifes pictures.hope to speak soon, cheers Chris
Not sure if you are familiar with Vanderbilt University Medical Center, but my husband went to their cancer center for his treatments. Every year they have a fundraiser called Songs From the Heart. It consists of a 2-day workshop where cancer survivors/family/staff write a song, about their journey with cancer, with the help of singer/songwriter Tricia Walker. Then there is a concert on the last day, and Tricia or the writer will sing/play the song. You should consider submitting the song you wrote. It's very touching, and would be perfect for this. I know the coordinator, if you are interested.
Tim ... Just wanted you to know someone is thinking of you and hoping that you got through last night just a bit better than you expected. Your beloved Glynnis will always be with you, no matter the date on the calendar.
