Rock on..keep tellin the truth
" He's in a better place" freaking infuriates me...listen up..HE might be in a better place...but I AM in a horrible place..it's ME who is heartbroken. ME who is shocked, ME who is broke ME who is scared ME who is crying..ME who is lonely ME who is utterly devastated....it doesn't MATTER where HE is..only where ME is...dumbass.
"you need to get past it" thats the one I hate
My addition is 'You should stop wearing your wedding ring - your husband's gone, you know'.
Oh that's right - it must have slipped my mind !!
robin you are so hilarious in these takes!!!! u say them perfect! are u sure u haven't said these yourself to other widows!?!?!
Sheryl, when people told me Gavin was "in a better place," I would laugh privately, because I wanted to say, "REALLY? He's in PARIS?" I found a way to laugh at my own dumb jokes even in those tense moments... LOL. THAT is like me!
Ok, I have to admit that I didn't think I had heard anything that I thought was too stupid from those I knew....as I watched this I realized I have heard almost ALL of these comments!! LOL! My answer to those that tell me that he is in a "better" place is "No, a BETTER place is next to me in my bed!"
