My job keeps my mind busy, especially during this pandemic when there is nothing else to do.

I’m very thankful for my job. It keeps my mind of myself. Not as busy as would like to most of my work is remotely . I miss face to face interaction with my patients.

I was so lucky that my HR supported me to take short term disability. She had lost her husband with a toddler like me. I am blessed to have had her help me!

I just started working again but with a new company. I was scouted to by the CEO and got an offer for my dream job.

While on disability I was able to move me and my son to the beach. I can see the ocean everyday. I work remotely.

My main challenge is getting my son the grief support he needs.

Janet told me to “Quit that stupid job” before she passed.

    I did.

Now I garden, cut wood, feed the sheep, chickens and take care of Janets cat.

Janet is a smart woman. She wanted you to enjoy what you truly loved, what she loved too. My husband only passed 21/2 weeks ago and I am scheduled to go back this Monday part time. I may end up staying home with our rescue dogs. My passion.
