Our meetings follow a consistent structure, beginning with introductions and light-hearted anecdotes about our loved ones. We then delve into discussions inspired by recent videos from Widowed Village, offering a space for camaraderie and shared understanding. For this meeting, we will highlight Therapy 101: Grief and Trauma Related Therapies by Susan Hannifan-MacNab.
