Walk/Hike in Los Penasquitos Canyon

Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve (West Trail Head) – Sorrento Valley Blvd San Diego, CA 92121

Come join us for a walk in Los Penasquitos Canyon from the west trail head to the waterfall. Not sure how much water will be at the waterfall this year, but its always a nice 5 mile round trip anyway.

There are just a few inclines – not too drastic. We had a big group last year of all fitness levels and it went well.

Look at an online map for the parking area if you’ve never been there before. The western staging area is on the south side of Sorrento Valley Boulevard, approximately 1 mile east of Vista Sorrento Parkway.

Wear some good shoes, a hat, and sunscreen. Bring some water for yourself as well. It should take 2-3 hrs total.
