Hi Don,  I'm not sure how this comment wall works, but sure, it would be nice to chat with you. Ha ha, no one is too old! We all are in this together. It will be a year since my dear Dave died on April 30th. So it feel both like forever and also like it was just yesterday. I feel like I've come through the very worst, and I hope that is true.

I'm a full time rv'er so I am presently in New Mexico. I'll be in Denver on Easter to visit with my brother for a week. BTW, I'm 74, so I hope I can stay healthy for a few more years as I love this life!

You must have been pretty young if you are a WWII vet. My dad was a vet and he was born in 1916. Anyway, send me another note! Would love to chat with you. ~ Alexandra

Don, I read about your accident and broken ribs on the "40's'  group page... I am so sorry to hear that you fell while biking!  My husband broke his ribs from  fall. The first few days were the worst then he started to feel better ... Hope you feel better soon!
