Hi Dorothy, Thank you for the friend invitation. It's always nice to have someone invite me to be a friend.  I am so sorry for your loss, and of course, sorry you have to be here.

From what I have seen, this is a great site - wouldn't it be nice if we could all meet somewhere nice for a weekend - that is if we all had the ways and means.

I attend a grief support group through a local church, and it's been very helpful. But the most helpful thing I've found about it is when we get to talk about what's going on in our lives, and we can do that right here.

I hope you can find comfort and understanding here - we're all in the same boat.

Dorothy, I'm so sorry for your loss, but I'm glad you've found us. I stumbled upon WV about a week after I lost my husband, and the folks here have been like a beacon in the night for me. I hope you'll find that same support and comfort.
