"i was pretty honest too. for my kids we have lots of discussions about the difference between a persons spirit and body, and how they are intertwined when one is born and separate when one dies. i try to avoid the ashes when ever possible. i try not…"

"I was very open with my children from the beginning...and my youngest was 3.5 when he died.  They all know that is daddy's box, and what is in it.  I haven't showed them the ashes though, but they know what it is."
