March Virtual Meeting

We welcome you all to join us for our second virtual meeting. In addition to our in-person meetings, we will be doing virtual meetings at least once a month, but the days/times may vary. This upcoming virtual meeting for March will be a Saturday night event. Although the virtual meeting is scheduled for 2 continuous hours, you are welcome to join us at any time during that timeframe and stay for however long you like. You don’t have to join us for the full 2 hours. We understand you all have busy lives or maybe your attention just can’t handle anything for a full 2 hours long. We don’t have a set agenda or topic for discussion, we will just see where the conversations goes. Or if someone has any questions or wants to speak about anything that is on their mind, they are welcome to do so.

You will need a phone/computer with a camera and talking capabilities. Headphones are best but you can use the speakers/mics on your phone/computer/camera.

If you are new to Soaring Spirits and Widowed Village please RSVP here and we will send you the link to virtual meeting that will be via Google Meet. Once you RSVP through Widowed Village, you are automatically added to our local email listserv and will get advance notice of the dates to all our gatherings. If you are already on our local email listserv, you should have already received the Google Meet request via e-mail and can RSVP via that e-mail. Once you receive the Google Meet request from us, you don’t have to reply to the Google Meet request with a response (Yes, No or Maybe) to join us for the virtual meeting. However, when you RSVP, the event is automatically added to your calendar and provides you with a reminder. The Google Meet link to the virtual meeting will appear in your calendar when you RSVP and will also appear in the email that you receive. You just click on the link, or it may say “Join Google Meet,” no sooner than 8pm the day of the virtual meeting to join us.
