Soaring Spirits is a secular organization that welcomes people whose widowhood includes a religious component and those whose widowhood does not. Listed below you will find opportunities to connect with others who have a similar faith experience.
Our Faith-Based group welcomes anyone who believes in a higher power and who counts on support from their God for coping with the challenges of widowhood.
Our Agnostic/Atheist group welcomes anyone whose experience falls outside God-based religions.
Our Spiritual group welcomes anyone whose beliefs align with a spiritual rather than a religious belief system.
We ask all participants to respect the beliefs of others and to use this space for supportive communication, avoiding proselytizing. Please see our Widowed Village Values statement should you have any questions about how to interact in our Religious/Non-Religious groups.
